Had a great time in this house. Beautiful clean and spacious had to monitor the shower situation because ran out of hot water with 10 showering but otherwise perfect. Would definitely rent again!

Great spot to spend a weekend! Close to a lot of fun stuff in downtown Minneapolis. The movie theater was really cool and a great feature. Would stay here again!

We came up for a family reunion.. The house itself was clean. What needs to be noted, bedroom and bath number one is two flights downstairs, four bedrooms and two baths are two flights upstairs. This is not user-friendly if you have any challenges walking. Also to be noted this Home is on a major highway which means 24 seven sirens,trucks, vehicles, etc..The home itself was in a perfect location for us. Also, if you are going to arrive even 15 minutes early you need to let the host know as the security lock is not available. everything in the home was clean, but again we were not expecting the flights of steps which was a big challenge to a couple members of the family.

This was not a 5 bedroom home, only 4 with a media room, which never worked. The home was somewhat clean, but not very good. The front steps did not have a hand rail, nor a railing around, the steps from the garage did not have hand rail, which is difficult for older people. The washer and dryer room only had one of two doors , so the noise from the washer and dryer was heard throughout the house. The media room never worked, the host was notified, and two hours later replied, which didn't fix the problem. I will not stay here again, the road noise was relentless, being just out the back fence. The kitchen had no spoons, we had plastic spoons that we used.

While we respect that every guest’s experience differs, we strongly disagree with this review as several statements do not accurately reflect our home or your stay. Our property is a true 5-bedroom home, with the media room kept as a separate space, previous guests and the listing pictures can prove that. The kitchen is fully equipped with complete cookware and utensils, including spoons, and our upstairs laundry features low-noise Samsung appliances. Additionally, double-glazed windows shield the interior from road noise, and layout features like the steps and handrails are clearly visible in the listing to help guests determine suitability. Most importantly, we pride ourselves on quick resolution, but we can only address what is brought to our attention. We resolved the single issue you reported, but we received no mention during your stay regarding cleanliness, supplies, or noise concerns. We would have gladly fixed any repoted issue on the spot. It was a pleasure hosting you, but we felt it necessary to clarify these inaccuracies for future guests. We appreciate you choosing our home and wish you the best in your travels. Thanks

My family enjoyed this home immensely. Great space all around the bedrooms where nice size with great bedding and and abundance of towels for all three baths. Living space was a great place for all of us to gather.

A great stay in Fridley

We had a great time at this location. The main floor offered plenty of space for our gathering of friends. There are plenty of bathrooms. The theatre room was a fun addition. The place was clean and nice, easy to get to, and it was very easy to communicate with the owner.

Family Wedding

We had a niece getting married and we came in from Houston and the rest of our family came from Wisconsin. The property was perfect for us in space and location. We weren't able to utilize the theater room, but such a fun addition to the house.

The place was listed as having 5 bedrooms and it only had 4, no extra cots or sleeper sofas. There were no extra blankets or towels. The windows were not sealed well or had single panes of glass because it let in cool air and traffic noise. The pics online were inaccurate as far as the room sizes and they appeared to be larger than shown. Good location but disappointing as far as size needed to accommodate all of us in our group of 10 people. Would not recommend this for more than 8 people

The house was equipped with anything you could need, it was a full kitchen, grill, dishwasher and the movie theater was such a nice touch for the teenagers! 10/10 for sure! Also the host responded quickly and they were very kind!
