Gulf front and poolside with two bedrooms and bunkroom, this condo has it all. Located on the 1st level with pool access right outside your door along with an updated kitchen, this condo will make you feel right at home.

This beautiful beachfront vacation rental includes a master en suite, guest room, bunk room, and sleeper sofa in the living room, making it perfect for groups who want to relax in privacy. Each room includes an entertainment center and there are two separate baths. Updated January 2025 with new furnishings including sleeper sofa.

Gulf 104 is the perfect beachfront condo for your next family vacation or friends' get together. Condo is just steps to the Lagoon swimming pool, hot tub and Gulf of America. Guests of Gulf 104 enjoy Destin West Resort's private beach and bay access, 7 swimming pools, 3 spas and Lazy River as well as fitness center and fishing marina.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great with pool access from the balcony and a close walk to the beach and grilling area. There were only a few minor issues. The ice maker did not work in the refrigerator, the washer had a high pitch squealing noise when operated, the master bedroom toilet had issues with continuously running water, and the sliding doors were difficult to open. Overall, these were very minor and didn’t even warrant a complaint to staff and will not prevent us from returning again. We had a great stay and can’t wait to come back!

Dishwasher doesnt clean dishes (WE HAD TO HAND WASH ALL WEEK) coffee maker was clogged up, toaster wouldn’t pop up the bread, microwave light didn’t work, ice maker was broken. - NO ICE THE ENTIRE WEEK, sliding glass doors were extremely hard to open, bathroom sink doesn’t drain, unit came with one dish towel and only 6 bath towels (HAD TO WASH EVERYDAY)For the amount of money we paid for this unit everything should have worked properly and nothing seemed to work AND UNIT SHOWED ALOT OF WEAR AND TEAR.We’ve been coming to Destin West for 15 years and we will never come back. No one monitors or enforces rules (smoking, loud inappropriate music etc). Two mornings we couldn’t even enjoy the patio for the smell of vomit!!!!JUST TERRIBLE
