The washing machine didn’t work and there are several divots in the flooring (the subfloor seems warped). The master bath pocket door had a bad scratch all the way across (about neck high from the floor). Aside from those, everything was great! We stay on the island at least once a year and we will consider this one again.

It was centrally located. Minutes from the beach. The bay was our view from the balcony. Beautiful sunrises. The house was clean, spacious and well equipped. I highly recommend this place to rent.

Pier was awesome- kids caught fish and watched a few dolphins play near by. The bridge was fun to watch go up for the boats to come through. Close walk to the beach, and pool was nice! Balcony had a great view of the water and pier! Beautiful area!

Fantastic stay with my mother in law for a week. Great location the condo was beautiful, the pictures don’t even do it justice! One thing I would plan ahead as the beach equipment was all rusted and broken and not usable (it happens-salt water!) but everything else was just perfect!

The location is perfect and ideal, the pool is heated with long hours, the dock is amazing in the backyard, beach is a 2 minute walk, condo had lots of supplies ready for us and the place was very clean and aestheticlly pleasing an amazing place. Many nice places near and beach isnt super crowded.

The condo was excellent!! We enjoyed each morning having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the bay. Gorgeous sunrises each day. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Very comfy and tastefully decorated. We loved that the condo was a part of a small overall building. We used the pool every day. Other residents were super friendly. Short walk to the beach and we were happy the location was not overcrowded vs to the north and south of our location. Plenty of beach accessories to use. We used the trolley several times and it is just steps away from the condo It was nice to have covered parking. Host communications and instructions were helpful and spot on. We have already recommended this condo to friends planning a trip later this year. We would definitely stay here again.

Beach paradise

The property was the best we have stayed at. The beds were so comfortable, pool was perfect, and the location was spot on! You look out into the bay from the condo and it was a minute walk to the beach!

The amazing view

The condo has the most amazing views from every room! This is a great place to stay with family and friends. My wife and I had the best time her short walk to the beach and all the restaurants.I would recommend visiting!
