We had such a lovely stay! This house is large, open, and perfect for a large group. Also, a secret fridge door! The backyard was excellent for breakfast hangs and the couch was perfect for watching football and movies as a group. We loved it!

Great Staycation spot

We meet for a family reunion in Trinidad. 16 People from 6 months to 76 years old. Six stayed here at this VRBO. We will definitely stay here again. It has a wonderful backyear for our dogs and the entire family to gather. It is close to everything to see near Trinidad. Go here if you're staying in Trinidad for more than overnight.

Home Away from Home

This house was booked for members of a construction crew, working long days/weeks on the highway. The house was great and a wonderful space for the guys to come home to and the end of the day. Matt was very responsive to all questions, concerns and similar. We would stay here again.

Southern Colorado trip

Clean and comfortable. Landscaping needs attention however Matt told us that he was trying to find help to do the work. Our ladies were expecting a hair dryer would be present but was not included in the amenities listed. Matt was very quick to nake sure we had one. Very thoughtful and attentive. Definitely would choose this property again.

This house with four beds is perfect for a larger group. Everything was very clean. The fully equipped kitchen was great. The a/c kept us comfortable. The location is very quiet and close to downtown. Check-in was easy. We would stay here again.
