we enjoyed a comfortably pleasant stay at Pedal station, conveniently located near local attractions and restaurants. We were met with a well appointed modern interior while complimenting the 1900's charm. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this gem Jeanne Butler has to offer.

If you are looking for a place to stay in the southern Colorado /Trinidad area with upscale comfort and amenities in a turn of the 1900’s century style man have we found the place for you and your group! This recently restored and converted Air B&B is centrally located, within walking distance to the cobblestone downtown area in one of the more historic neighborhoods of Trinidad. It is especially equipped to handle mountain bikers in town to ride the many trails and dirt roads in the area. Property includes use of the separate bike repair and storage cottage on the rear of the property. The interior of the main house is furnished with modern amenities such as USB ports everywhere and upscale furniture. Lots of nice crystal wares and tasteful art upstairs and down. A great place to return to after a day of biking, hiking or antique art shopping downtown. Hostess Jeanne Butler has created a new, higher level of comfort and utility in this growing artistic and outdoor adventure area of south Colorado! We will be back! Ron & Carolyn

I moved to Trinidad ftom Canyon Lake, TX last year, bought the property and renovated it. I grew up in Pueblo, CO, but haven't lived in CO since 1997.

Why they chose this property

I chose Trinidad to be in a small town near the mountains and all the outdoor activities. I chose the neighborhood because of the historical houses, the view, and the proximity to downtown.

What makes this property unique

The property is an historic house built in 1907 that has been completely renovated to reflect that period of time. Also I provide unique amenities for people coming to the area for the amazing dirt and mountain biking and the two national biking races in April and September.
