The Space:

Maple House, beautifully located in Fort Walton Beach, is less than 6 miles from Eglin & Hurlburt AFB, just 2 miles from the beach, and in an excellent school district. Built in 2017, it features elegant driftwood plank tile flooring throughout the living areas, a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, soft-close birch wood cabinets, and Whirlpool stainless appliances. The master suite offers a large bedroom with tray ceilings, a luxurious bath with dual sinks, a custom-tiled shower, and a walk-in closet. The bedrooms are all situated on a split floor plan for maximum privacy. Additional highlights include ceiling fans in every bedroom, a covered back porch, a fully-fenced backyard, and a custom-built shed with electricity and air conditioning. The home is equipped with hurricane protection, an attic for extra storage, gutters, and a 6-zone sprinkler system to keep the lawn green year-round. The friendly, welcoming neighborhood is an added bonus.

If you booked through our website, email is the best way to reach us. Our team actively monitors messages 24/7 to ensure timely support.



Please note that while our team is responsive after hours, some services may be limited during that time. We typically do not engage in direct guest interaction unless it is an urgent or emergency situation.



All of our Short-Term Rentals are self check-in to ensure a smooth arrival and to respect your privacy. Rest assured, detailed instructions and everything you need for check-in will be provided in advance.



The Neighborhood:

Location, location, location. Maple House is located in a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood with 15 public schools in the city. The city of Fort Walton Beach has a strong military community with more than 6 military bases, camps and airfields in the immediate area. Six plus beaches. All of your favorite restaurants, is right down the street. Jet Drive Park is 100 meters away from the front door and includes a playground, open field, pickle ball and basketball courts.

Getting Around:

Getting around Fort Walton Beach is relatively easy, though public transportation options are somewhat limited. For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and offer a reliable way to reach nearby destinations such as Downtown Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa Island, and the surrounding attractions. Biking is also an option for shorter trips, and many roads in the area are bike-friendly. If you're planning to explore beyond the city or travel on your own schedule, a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended.



Public transportation is unavailable in the area. I would suggest renting a vehicle from the airport or searching on Turo, a short-term rental vehicle leasing platform. If you do not have a vehicle, Uber and Lyft will be your best option.

Other Things to Note:

The booking guest, not all guests on the reservation, MUST submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either a 'refundable' security deposit ($250) or a 'non-refundable' damage waiver protection plan ($45) before receiving check-in instructions. All of which is done through SuiteOp and Stripe, a commonly used secure payment processor. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be available in your guest portal one hour before your scheduled check-in time. The guest portal link will be messaged through your booking platform. To avoid any check-in delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance.



We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges. Our standard one-time pet fee is:

Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. For groups larger than 6 (up to a maximum of 12 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep Maple in great shape for everyone!



Interaction with Guests:

I give guests their privacy during their stay and I live in the local area in the event of an emergency. Guests will self check-in with instructions that will be sent at Check-In (4pm).
