Private Camp on a very private lake. Pine Bank Cabin is the perfect spot for a civilized, 'back to nature' experience for a couple seeking a romantic hideaway or a small family on vacation. Situated at the southern end of a pristine, protected Adirondack lake, Pine Bank offers all of the comfort and ease of civilization at the foot of some of the greatest wilderness left in the Northeastern United States.

Bill and Wendy fell in love with Silver Lake 19 years ago when they first rented 'Brainstorm Cabin' from Ed Dreby. Wendy had grown up on Conneaut Lake in western Pennsylvania and loved lake life. Bill was very much not a 'water-baby', but found this particular lake comfortable and exciting. We never dreamed that we would be able to own a camp on this special piece of paradise.

Why they chose this property

The comforts of the civilized life and the call of the wild! Pine Bank cabin, built in 1924 will make you feel part of the Adirondack tradition of camp life at its best. Comforts include: restful sleep in a new, very comfy, king-sized bed; crackling fires in the the stone fireplace after a day of hiking; big, screened porch overlooking the lake for breakfasts and cocktails; huge picture window right on the lake for for bird and wildlife watching; only footsteps away from your private dock on this very private and sparsely populated lake.
