Beautiful beach view from the condo. Only responses I would get when having questions was from the property managers, VRBO responses. When asking the host, a question never got an answer. Overall, the condo was clean however, the curtains were very dirty when closing them to help keep the condo cool large amount of dust came off of them. The check-in process was painless. However, the front desk employee was less than inviting. Otherwise, the condo was wonderful. We didn’t have any problems while staying there.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. We're delighted you enjoyed the beach views and found check-in smooth! We sincerely apologize for the unresponsive communication from our host and the dusty curtains—those issues fall short of our standards, and we'll address both immediately. We're also sorry the front desk experience wasn't warmer; we value making guests feel welcomed. We truly appreciate you staying with us despite these hiccups, and we'd love the opportunity to restore your confidence. Please reach out directly if there's anything we can do.
