3. Guest Interaction: We value a great connection! After your reservation is confirmed, we will reach out to learn more about your group and the intended use of the property.

4. Strict Cancellation Policy: 100% refund 14 days before check-in; 50% refund 7-14 days before check-in. No refunds or exceptions inside 7 days.

5. Quiet Hours & Gatherings: No parties or unregistered guests. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 7 AM (Sun-Thu) and 11 PM – 7 AM (Fri-Sat).

6. Parking Policies: All parking must be in the garage or driveway. No street, yard, camper, or RV parking allowed.

7. Strict No Pet Policy: To maintain the home for all guests, pets are not permitted.

8. Rural Connectivity: High-speed WiFi via Door County Broadband is typically reliable, though speed can vary due to our rural location.
