Stayed here with three girlfriends, we all really loved the space, and steps to the beach is hard to beat. Check in was easy, communication was great. The space was comfortable and outfitted with all the beach necessities you could want! It is a party district so there was music until late on Friday and Saturday, but we honestly enjoyed it and it didn't impact sleep. Would definitely stay again!

This property was super easy to find and access, and the property manager was so kind and even offered us an early check-in. You can’t get any closer to the beach, and it’s also just a short walk to lots of restaurants and shopping. The owner even recommended a nearby fresh fish market — we bought fresh Halibut to cook at the property and went back another day for lunch. Such a thoughtful touch! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

Everything was great. Views and access wonderful. Had what we needed. Only improvement: very warm in unit. A bit musty at first but fine was screen door opened.Need to clean ceiling fan in master bath. Otherwise, pretty clean. Would stay again.

Hi Peggy, thank you for taking time to leave a review. Unfortunately this building does not have air conditioning so the heat can get up there. I provide several fans in the unit and a dehumidifier which normally helps to keep guests comfortable. I’ll definitely take a look at the exhaust fan in the bathroom. I’m sorry you didn’t feel this was 5 stars.

We took a chance with this listing since there were no reviews and couldn't be happier with our choice! Melanie's condo is in a wonderful location, right on the beach in an ideal spot of Pacific Beach. The ocean views from the balcony and the master bedroom are gorgeous and wonderful to wake up to! The place was very clean, spacious, well stocked, and beautiful, just like the pictures. Melanie was very responsive and easy to work with! Highly recommend staying here for a fun beach vacation close to all there is to enjoy in PB!

My gf and I went up to stay in PB for a few days. This is a great place to stay at. We had beach views and everything that you could need was nearby. CVS and Ralph's walking distance for groceries or things. Coffee shops all around. JRDN to go eat great food. & the boardwalk to walk it all off. The place was clean and cozy. Melanie our host was great and accommodating. We had a great trip and would absolutely return here anytime. 10/10 review!

Property was great, host was great, location really nice except it was noisy until late because of bar nearby. If you want quiet, you likely won't be happy here. Check in a bit awkward because can't park until you go to the room to get garage door opener in unit.
