Beautiful, quiet estate surrounded by vineyards and water, 2 miles from Napa town. Main house with 2 K ensuite bedrooms (K master available for longer term stays), large LR, DR and chef's kitchen! Separate studio Squirrel Cottage (1K, private porch overlooking vineyards) and separate Owl Cottage (1 Q with full Murphy bed in living area, dedicated sauna and steam rooms). Air mattresses, port-a-crib also available.
Large infinity pool with hot tub, bocce ball court, separate outdoor grill and patio space, and spacious event patio and lawn space perfect for parties, weddings, etc. All facing vineyards and the amazing Napa sunsets... a postcard every evening! Gorgeous landscaping, orchards and vegetable beds... help yourself!
