Gorgeous, private 3.5 acre estate in Napa

Beautiful, quiet estate surrounded by vineyards and water, 2 miles from Napa town. Main house with 2 K ensuite bedrooms (K master available for longer term stays), large LR, DR and kitchen! Separate studio Squirrel Cottage and separate Owl Cottage with full Murphy bed (that has sauna and steam room). (Air mattresses, port-a-crib also available. Barn Owl Cottage will soon be converted on 1 bedroom with additional full murphy bed but cannot guarantee date.)
Large infinity pool with hot tub, bocce ball court, separate outdoor grill and patio space, and spacious event patio and lawn space perfect for parties, weddings, etc. All facing vineyards and the amazing Napa sunsets... a postcard every evening! Gorgeous landscaping, orchards and vegetable beds... help yourself!

Absolutely gorgeous property and wonderful hospitality. We had a fantastic trip with top-notch service - everything we could need was anticipated and we were completely pampered. We had our wedding here and stayed over three nights and from initial contact to set-up, to the event itself the owners and property manager were just wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, plenty of place settings for our party of 7, a lot of cookware and space to cook a meal, easy access to trash outside. Close to inside and outside dining spaces.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! It was perfect for a large family getting together. The grounds were immaculate. A huge pool, full garden, and even a dance floor that we took full advantage of with the kiddos. The location is fantastic and makes it easy to pop around to top vineyards and restaurants.

Wonderful retreat close to NAPA

The property was amazing! Beautiful grounds and pool. The home was spacious with an additional 2 separate sleeping areas on the property. The property manager was very responsive and even had fresh fruit waiting for us upon our arrival.Highly recommend!

The home and property were absolutely stunning- better than pictured. My family and I enjoyed the hot tub, saunas, fire pit and all the beautiful garden nooks. The view of the vineyard was special. The inside of the home and two cottages were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. We had everything we could need or want. The hospitality was fantastic. We hope to stay again!

The property was absolutely beautiful and there were plenty of things to do there. We spent one whole day hanging out there using the pool and sauna as well as hiking around. We enjoyed the outdoor bbq and dining area as well. The house was well equipped and everything we needed was there. Thanks for sharing your home with us!!!

Incredible property, must stay in Napa!!!

I’m not sure where to even begin, this is by far the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The views, the pool, the expanse of the property, the amenities and location are all spectacular. Beds are super comfortable, several separate outdoor lounging areas, motorized awning on the porch, outdoor dining table, complete outdoor kitchen, Sonos sound system throughout inside and out, big kitchen, fireplace in the den, two gas fire pits outside, pond, adjacent vineyard, oh and the landscaping (and have I mentioned the views?) - just world class…wedding worthy!! Basement game room, full pool house with couches, big TV, murphy bed, two bathrooms, sauna and steam room…not sure what else you could ask for. 10/10 will definitely be returning!!
