Great place for a group to enjoy Sonoma!

We had a fantastic stay at the Palmer House. The home was perfect for our group of 10. It was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. It played a huge part in making our trip smooth, relaxing, and memorable. We would absolutely stay again!

Great big house. Clean, attractive, great for our 2 dogs. Close to square. Quiet. Couldn’t ask for a better Vrbo. Host very helpful and professional. Loved every minute.

Perfection

We traveled to Sonoma for a girls weekend and this home was perfection. Very clean, plenty of space for everyone (7 adults), and very well equipped. It was super hot when we visited, so we made great use of the gorgeous pool. We had zero hiccups and everything had clear instructions and was very easy to use/figure out (thermostat, pool cover, etc). The home was also very close to the walking/biking trail to town and we walked to and from daily for meals, shopping, and bike rentals. We were so impressed with everything and had an amazing stay.

Last Minute Getaway -

We booked Palmer House for a last-minute Sonoma getaway and loved it! Amber was wonderful and incredibly responsive. The house is beautifully equipped with a great pool, hot tub, sauna, and everything you could need. As a vacation rental owner myself, I especially appreciate the little details—and Palmer House really gets them right. From my favorite EO products to thoughtfully stocked toiletries that rival a luxury hotel, you can tell a lot of care has gone into making guests feel at home. Perfect for family or friends, yet still cozy enough for two. We will definitely be back!

Family fun

Let me put it this way - We plan to rent the farmhouse again next summer. The full family spent hours catching up around the pool. The location was far enough from noise and yet close enough to the square and everything Sonoma, We had a few minor problems that were quickly fixed by their staff. Good experience 5 stars well deserved

Great stay!

This home was perfect for large families. We had a very smooth self check in process and made great use out of the pool. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway in Sonoma!

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay in late June at the Palmer Farmhouse, a great property - spacious, well furnished , great layout, and a wonderful pool too ! We slept well and enjoyed the spacious kitchen and dining table. We highly recommend this property.

Great spot!

Great location for easy access to wineries. The kitchen was fabulous - brought in a private chef one night - and the backyard and pool were a great setting to just hang out and catch up.

Property is beautiful, and our hosts were great. Any questions were answered right away. One item that doesn’t show in the pictures is how pretty the landscaping is at the property, everything was in bloom and was beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay at the Palmer House. It was neat and clean and everything was taken care of. We had a problem with the TV and it was fixed promptly. I would highly recommend it and stay again.
