The perfect place in the perfect part of town! Away from the bustle of the streets (though they’re just feet away!) and enough space and bathrooms to not feel like you’re in on top of each other!
The Carriage house in NW DC near the Cathderal was fantastic. Location was fabulous, before starting your day we enjoyed a quick hop across the street to Starbucks and an upscale diner. The property itself is cozy and comfortable. The hosts provide great communication and make the stay effortless so you can focus on the Zoo and the museums and any Vernon etc.
Great location, host Jeremy was fantastic, walked to nearby dining/coffee. Drove 2 minutes to Tatte bakery for breakfast - perfect spot. Beautiful carriage house with super comfortable beds, even the pull-out where our adult son slept was great. Highly recco! Tim
Gorgeous and clean premises, with a well-appointed kitchen, lovely bathrooms, and comfortable beds! The property was located close to shops and not far from the subway. Would definitely recommend!
We had a wonderful experience at the Carrige house! We were welcomed by old world charm and complimentary snacks prepared on the table. Property is well kept and clean and spacious enough for a family stay!
Roomy and comfortable carriage house tucked away in a beautiful DC neighborhood. The house is fully renovated, and in an ideal location for visiting other NW neighborhoods and destinations. There were also multiple options for restaurants and food shopping within a short walking distance. We had a wonderful stay!
I was very sad that we only had one night at the Varriage House considering that it was the most beautiful place we stayed on our whole trip. Everything was absolutely impeccable from the details in the kitchen to the gorgeous neighborhood where it's located. The beds were absolutely so comfortable and the couch was equally as cozy. Thank you so much. Next time I'm in DC I hope to stay again.
The BEST VRBO I have ever seen. First, it's surprisingly large. Second, it's newly renovated and has every modern convenience and two bathrooms. Like, every single modern convenience you could think of. Third, it's really cute and decorated with antiques that match the house's time period. Last, it's conveniently located and walking distance to stores. Really special.
