The house was very clean and in a wonderful location. Sandra was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Despite a couple of power outages due to bad weather conditions, we enjoyed our Christmas vacation there visiting our daughter and her family nearby and taking advantage of many local activities and great dining spots.

Sandra was great. When she knew we were baking for Thanksgiving, she brought over a mixer, utensils and ingredients. Also, a thoughtful warning about the weather and safety on the beach during our stay. a comfortable house with a good location for access to Poplar Beach and coastal trails.

The host was very welcoming. She had a nice surprise waiting for us in the fridge on arrival. She was easy to reach and very friendly. The house is very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The house was clean and smelled clean. The washrooms were clean. There were lots of towels and beach towels. The backyard was nice, with a table, chairs and a firepit. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. The beach is an 8 minute walk, but you cannot swim there because of the riptides. Still, beautiful sunset. The beds were comfortable. Extra bedding/covers were available if needed. Highly recommend this house.We were about 45 minutes from downtown San Fran, depnding on traffic in San Fran. We were about 35 minutes from San Jose depending on traffic too. But, it was nice to be on the coast. The drive up to San Fran along the coast is beautiful.

We stayed at Sandra’s place for over a week and it was the one of the best house we have stayed at! It was clean, roomy and only 30 min to San Francisco. Sandra checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, she also provided recommendations. We were on our way to visit some of the National Parks in California and Sandra gave us a cooler to use on our trip. Thank you so much Sandra for making us feel at home!!
