We had a blast. Only downside for us was the weather. We didn't get to sit outside b/c it was too bold but walked out to that same sun set and man, was it beautiful! The Jam Hut down the way is a neat little place too. This isn't too far from town and just right to hit all the distilleries and wineries on the way in or back.
The host Christy was amazing! She was very accommodating. The camper was beautiful! The camper is only 3 miles from the Hermann Hills wedding venue, which was perfect! I would definitely stay here again!
It was a wonderful stay for 5 of us girls going to Herman for a day at the Winery. This location was perfect, just 7 minutes up the road from Downtown Herman. The trolley picked us up with no issue. Very quiet location, perfect for a quick getaway!

Inside of the camper was great. Location to Hermann was great. Campground itself and outer appearance of camper was sketchy. Area around the camper was mowed, but area around fire pit and furniture was very tall making the area unusable. Free roaming chickens at campground. Campground backs up to a junkyard. We were very disappointed.

Shannon we cannot control what the owner of the campground does. We offer our new camper to people. You are the first to complain about the experience. We had a 10 the weekend after you. Maybe camping isn’t the experience for you! There isn’t a junkyard next to us. The owner of the campground is a collector of antiques. Maybe something in town should be your next adventure. The country life isn’t for all. Many wishes for your future endeavors!
This camper was an absolute GEM!! It is super modern and so cute. Everything was clean and ready on check in. The owner, Christy, is the sweetest and will help you if you need anything. Inside the camper was a guide book for Hermann with all the best places to try while staying there. In the book, there is also a menu for drinks with a QR code to scan if you would like to order something to drink late night, an onsite professional bartender will bring it right to the door! The camper is also located about seven minutes from the middle of Herman and when the trolleys are open will come to pick you up from the camp site! I can not recommend this camper enough! It was amazing!!
My friends and I booked this hoping for a comfortable and semi-rustic camp experience, what we found was a glamping gem that felt like a private retreat with beautiful sunset views, on an incredibly welcoming and relaxed property. All about 8 minutes from the heart of Hermann. We truly enjoyed our time chilling by the fire, the chairs were very comfy and I absolutely cannot overstate the quality of the cocktails that were served right to the fire pit area. In a town known for its quality beverages, the MO Peach Tea was hands-down one of the best cocktails we had all weekend. We would stay again just for another round.Directions to the site were easy to follow and check in was a breeze. We were provided a binder with some instructions to help us enjoy the property, the most reasonable check-out procedure I've ever seen, and a wealth of local options and information to keep us entertained. The provided amenities were excellent; plenty of disposables/towels/blankets/pillows/dishes/etc. We did not run into any issues during our stay, but the host was immediately responsive to any questions (before and during) and provided attentive support without making us feel like we were being surveiled--anyone who stays in these short terms, especially on property with the hosts, can probably appreciate that. Unexpected Bonus:The Jam Hut. A quiet little bar just an easy two minute walk down the hill. Great service, nice selection of beer and local wines, available karaoke, and an absolu
