The house was beautiful, very clean. It was fully stocked with anything you might need. There was plenty of room for the 4 adults in our group to have private time away from everyone else if they wanted.

It was a beautiful property. We enjoyed the back and front porches and the easy access to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Amazing property with so much space inside and outside. Perfect for large groups and family gatherings. Plenty of games and activities to choose from. Woke up to deer in the the expansive backyard. Comfortable beds, very clean and comfortable. Huge and updated kitchen with everything you need and more. Within 30 minutes from downtown. We would stay again no problem. Thank you for a perfect time and making us feel welcome.

We were in town for a family wedding and had a great time in Brad's home. It easily accommodated our eight-member family. We only regret we couldn't take advantage of all the home features.

The pictures are a perfect reflection of the home, it’s just as manicured and lovely as it looks from the post! Wonderful quiet street set on a beautiful lot and they’ve got so many outdoor activities to enjoy…from swinging on the porch to outdoor shuffleboard & pickleball, or just enjoying the stars at night - it’s all there! The interior is thoughtfully laid out and truly has everything you’ll need for a comfortable and memorable stay…there were 3 adult couples in our group and we had ample room to either enjoy a dinner together or have some private quiet time! It’s just a delightful home that we will definitely return to again! 10/10!

Our stay was fantastic. My husband and I had our 3 adult kids with us at the house for a nearby family wedding. The home was clean, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for cooking or relaxing. It was easy to get around and the neighborhood is lovely. Loved sitting on the sun porch to sip coffee in the morning, chat with the kids and do a bit of reading. We’d watch movies in the evening in the comfortable living room on the main floor. The kitchen has everything you’d need! Completely happy with our stay in Kentucky.
