We really enjoyed our stay here. Property is quiet, yet convenient and close to restaurants, etc. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and we enjoyed the pool table and outdoor fire pit. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

I had a great time at this VRBO meeting up with some.friends to explore Louisville. The location is convenient, with nearby grocery/restaurants. It's close for an easy Uber to get downtown, but far enough out of the city that's it's easy to drive to this to places east of the city as well.Plenty of parking, and a great evening hangout for a group of adults exploring the area.

We had a very nice time! The only issue was that there is business behind the property with some truck traffic. Otherwise had a very nice stay. We enjoyed the game room!

The host was great, the house was the perfect size for our family Christmas & absolutely beautiful. The weather was gorgeous so we spent a lot of time on the patio with a grill & fire pit. The property is large & secluded plenty of places for family photos. The boys loved the pool table & the room was perfect that we could all hang out together. It is a convenient location to attractions & shopping. The kitchen is large which was perfect for making Christmas dinner. Thank you Rob for a wonderful stay.

Great location with amenities!

Private location but close to everything. Pool table and hot tub were great on days we had a few hours to kill between events. Close to expressways, shopping and airport but quiet and secluded.Owner was very responsive to requests and checked on us to be sure all was good. Spacious rooms.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
First, I would like to say that the host was nice to let us check in a couple of hours early. The location was great and safe. But I was not aware that one of the king size beds was not in a bedroom. It was in an open area with the pool table and tv area. The hot tub was dirty; the only reason we paid extra was to have a hot tub for our stay. So, we feel that we paid extra for something we could not use. It was advertised they had a washer and dryer but that was not the case, because the garage was being worked on. I loved that the host had someone come at 7:30 am on Saturday to weed eater and leaf blow the property to wake up everyone in the house. When you walked in the house a moldy smell it's you at the front door. For 1,200 for two nights, I feel this is very overpriced for what you get.

Incredible Stay at a Gorgeous Property

We were so pleased with our stay! The house is beautiful and was spacious enough for a family of 6 adults and two babies. We were very comfortable and the property is gorgeous. Lots of land that makes you feel like you are in your own little paradise. We went to the PGA tournament and the house is perfectly located 8 minutes from the Valhalla golf course. Rob was incredibly responsive and made checking in and out very easy. Would stay here again!

Amazing host and property.

We had the pleasure of being the first group to stay at this property. From the day I booked until we left the host was responsive, kind and always made sure we were taken care of. The property is beautiful. It was super clean, relaxing and overall the best fit for our family. We felt safe during our entire stay. We cannot wait to get back to Louisville and stay at this property again. Thank you Rob for being the best host!

Overall place was clean and located near most places you would visit. Check in was a mess, never got the code to get in. 5 adults- 3 nights, two rolls of toilet paper. Would have really loved to see more and not go to a store to buy some more.

Weekend Wedding

We had a weekend wedding at Gheens Foundation and this rental was a great space for us in between wedding activities. Very spacious, beds all slept great, kitchen was well equipped, nice outdoor space, and plenty of parking. My only concern was no access to the washer and dryer but it wasn’t a big deal since it was only two nights. The owner was very responsive! Great place for a large family!

Hello, we are locals born and raised in Louisville. We regularly engage in real estate and are the active managers of this property so rest assured the service and communication is second to none as we own, manage, and host.

Why they chose this property

I like this property because it's not in a neighborhood and is a stand alone hidden gem for guest to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because it sits on several acres and is very private but super covenant to restaurants, parks, and entertainment. The previous owner was a licensed arborist and has planted some very beautiful trees, shrubs, and bushes throughout the property. Some are very rare and beautiful.
