Relax while vacationing in this charming 2-bedroom villa in Sea Pines/Plant. Club. Conveniently located on the first floor, this property's stunning golf view will take your breath away! Perfectly laid out for a group of 4-6, with plenty of space, a well stocked, remodeled kitchen, updated baths and a big sectional to hang out together when the day is over. We include all the essentials like free WIFI and access to the on-site pool, but also offer extras like two complimentary bikes, some free tennis time, and a free health club membership. Best of all, this villa is only a five minute walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club. You can literally walk across the golf course in the evening to have dinner at Frasier's!

Please note that only the most recent review from April is a valid review for this property as it is a new listing. Unfortunately, a glitch in the VRBO system has reviews for another property in Big Bear California populating onto our villa! It's very sad and we are patiently waiting for VRBO to remedy this. Additional reviews of all of our properties can be found by following Jessica, our lead property manager.


As with all of our villas, check in is simple as we mail your vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need to stop and wait at security. Just drive straight to your villa, park right in front, and head to the beach.

Perfect spot in Sea Pines

We absolutely loved this spot in Sea Pines (and we have stayed in MANY places)! It really doesn’t get better than Lighthouse Road just minutes from the Beach Club! The villa was clean and cozy, the kitchen was nice and well equipped - it was a perfect place for our family of four! Loved the pool access, too, as well as golf course views. Everything about this listing was an A. We’ll be back (if it doesn’t get too booked up!)

Wonderful location and property manager

This property was great! Clean, well stocked (bikes, beach chairs, towels , kitchen supplies, etc) and fantastic location. The property manager was great as well. Excellent communication prior to our arrival and during our stay. We had two minor issues (a bike lock that wouldn’t work and a towel rack that came apart due to loose screw) and Jessica took care of both immediately. We would highly recommend this specific property and this property manager.

Great Location and Clean Unit

The unit was exactly what we needed. It was very clean, the furniture and bed were comfortable. It had plenty of towels, beach chairs, and cooking equipment. We love the view of the golf course. The pool is just a very short walk.We love the location as well. It is centrally located. You can easily bike to the beach, Southbeach, or Harbour Town. The check-in process was very easy. They even sent the parking pass to sea pines by mail ahead of time. So all we had to do was show up. We would highly recommend staying here.
