Relax with the whole family at this wooded peaceful place to stay. Walking distance to national forest, 15 minutes to Pagosa Springs hot springs and quaint downtown, 30 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Resort and Continental Divide trails with many other outdoor resources such as the San Juan and Piedra river and Wilderness areas. Parking can account for 3 cars in the driveway in addition to a full sized garage with a small climbing wall; parking on the street is not permitted.

The kitchen, dining and living space are all open and well connected. There is a baby/ dog gate to separate this area from the remainder of the house that is carpeted.

My wife and two kids take full advantage of what the Pagosa area has to offer. We ski, mountain bike, raft, fish, hike and climb.

We chose this neighborhood for its proximity to national forest and its quiet family friendly vibe.

The property offers a great "cooks" kitchen, as small climbing wall in the 2 car garage and a great free flowing open area to host while offering quiet bedroom space on the other end of the house.
