Check out this 3rd floor, direct ocean front, completely renovated condo in Myrtle Beach.  This 1-bedroom suite is fully furnished with 1 king size bed, one full sized murphy bed, and a sleeper sofa. This layout offers a beautiful living space with a couch, sofa chair, TV with cable, a small dining table with chairs, and beautiful direct ocean front views from the private balcony right off the bedroom.

Perfect week getaway with great host!

Place was perfect for our family of 4. The king size bed was comfortable and my son enjoyed sleeping on the sofa bed. Our host Ken communicated very well throughout our stay. The location is great and communication with host was great! The reasons I gave it a poor score was the beds are not comfortable plus the pull out sofa was covered in mold. Sheets and blankets are not clean. The shower has no water pressure unless you turn the hot water completely on and burn yourself.

The condo is clean and good for a part of 2. For 6 there is not enough room. The beds did not have sheets and blankets (there were two throw blankets and sheets that didn’t fit). The pullout couch had springs showing and the wall bed had no sheets.When trying to cook the smoke detectors went off constantly. The towels and wash cloths are for 2. The Internet of the condo did not work most of the time we were there(not host fault). The check in process was easy. The host did respond to every interaction I sent. Also the pool was closed for two of the 7 days there.

The room description should be updated. The king bed and murphy bed are in the same room. The sofa bed is in a room by itself. The sofa bed is very thin and the springs are definitely felt. It wouldnt fit 2 adults comfortably. There were stains on the sofa bed sheets and king bed sheets, which i will attach. We messaged the host and didnt hear back immediately so we went and bought sheets. When they replied, they did offer to send maintenance, but I told them I had taken care of it. The beds are not super comfortable, but we made the best of it. The king bed did have an exposed bolt- my son found with his leg. Ouch! The fire alarms did go off every time the oven was used. The 1st night they beeped all night due to dying batteries, so we bought more batteries. The sliding glass doors lock was broken, but we were able to use the bar lock. The balconies are connected and you can easily see the other balconies, so we were definitely concerned over the lock. The unit is technically oceanfront, but over looks the chairs by the lazy river and a parking lot to the building in front of the hotel. We only had 3 hotel bracelets for the pool. I messaged the host a couple times about the needed 4th bracelet and never heard back. The hotel itself was decent. There is laundry, however, there were 3 dryers and 2 were broke. We went to the mgmt office and spoke to someone who said they had not been made aware of the broken dryers (even though there was an out of order post it)
