Step outside to your private backyard featuring a sparkling pool and a fun pickleball/bball court for friendly competitions. Sit on the patio or explore nearby dining, shopping, and outdoor adventures. Whether you’re here to unwind or seek excitement, this home has everything you need for a perfect getaway!
Step inside the front door to the GAME ROOM for sporting events/cards/video games. Play here and be loud while other guests enjoy the amenities away from the noise!
The GREAT ROOM offers an open-concept floor plan blended into the kitchen and a COVERED PORCH for outdoor dining. Outdoor ceiling fans keep the porch cool and comfortable while watching the guests enjoy the LARGE POOL equipped with lounge chairs, a dining table, and umbrella.
Just beyond the pool is a FIRE-PIT where your group can make memories via the natural lighting and warmth during the beautiful Arizona eves.
There is a PERSONAL WORKSTATION area in the master bedroom for private virtual meetings while still able to view the pool and yard areas.

The property has numerous FRUIT TREES so freshly squeezed juices can refresh your spirit and soul! (orange, lime, lemon, pomegranate - just think of all the refreshing drinks to be made).
The home is located in a QUIET CUL-DE-SAC just off the Thunderbird/Tatum area which offers quick access to shopping and dining, plus ease of ACCESS to Hwy 51 and Hwy 101 - you are just a few minutes from the AIRPORT and many excursions.
Just 10 minutes from the MAYO CLINIC HOSPITAL and under 15 minutes from the TPC! Pool heating is available for $75/day, with a minimum of $150 per stay.
