With a cozy shower-equipped bathroom comfy living room, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring the sights and scenes of Seattle. The property also offers amenities like WiFi, 50" smart TV (including Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Apple Tv and more) and a fitness room with infrared sauna to make your stay as relaxing as can be. This cozy, custom cottage is available July 1 - August 14, 2025 only so don't miss out on this unique home experience.

Wonderful Stay

I had a wonderful stay at the tiny mansion. The property manager was great. He worked with me on adding additional days to my stay as I was moving and things were up in the air. The location is great. It’s close to the interstate but surrounded by trees so you feel a little bit out of the city. The backyard and the balcony are lovely. There were lots of birds and a few wild rabbits hanging out. I highly recommend the tiny mansion.

I built this cottage with my dad and uncle, and extordinary architecht and all around human being, in 2021 and 2022. It has been my home since Fall of 2022 and I'm thrilled to share it with you.

Why they chose this property

I like the neighborhood because it it quiet but very accessible. About a mile north you'll find the Light Rail that will take you down town or all the way to the airport. The house is located on a dead end street, which adds to the privacy and serene feel to the area.

What makes this property unique

I built it from scratch, adding cool features like an expansive 2nd floor balcony, relaxing patio and sauna, and all the comforts and amenities I could think of!
