180 Degree/24 hr Bluff View

Maximum occupancy is 4 adults. This is an apartment on the lower level of a brand new custom built home that was featured in the Seattle Times, Pacific Northwest Magazine - Architecture issue September 18th, 2016. The apartment is approximately 900 square feet (274 sq meters). All floors are concrete with in floor heating so your feet will be nice and warm. Extra insulation has been added to the ceiling and walls to make this space especially quiet for both guest and host!
It is completely private with a separate outside entrance. All Windows are imported from Europe. The ceilings are over 9 feet tall and the windows go from floor to near ceiling height. They are HUGE to allow maximum light to enter the apartment and have tilt/turn style operations.

The apartment is in a perfect location—you can get to downtown really quickly, whether by car or water taxi. There’s a shuttle so you don’t have to walk up the steep hill from the water taxi station. But the absolutely incredible thing is the view—it’s just amazing. You can’t get enough of it, whether it’s day or night. The apartment was in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It was very clean and had almost everything we needed. We had breakfast at home, so a table on the patio would have been nice. We really enjoyed it.

Best view of the city skyline and across bay that we could imagine - open, unobstructed, and expansive view from the Space Needle to downtown and both pro ball stadium could not have been better. The million dollar view was matched by the elite neighborhood and proximity to local restaurants, shopping, and groceries. A 4 mile walk from the house included bay-side sidewalks, around the peninsula, views of Bainbridge island, docks, wildlife (include a bald Eagle perched on a pier), and many other shops and sights. And was only 15 minutes to downtown Seattle. Furnishings were modest but more than adequate. Communication with the host was quick and reliable. Fantastic STR!

The apartment has stunning views from every room. It is well insulated for sound/heat/cold. Windows are floor to ceiling with German tilt/turn operation.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location. Nearest bus stop is 4 blocks from the apartment (an easy 3 minute walk). From this bus stop you can reach Seatac International Airport, West Seattle Junction, Water Taxi and downtown Seattle. As well, you can board a free shuttle bus that will take you directly to the pier for boarding the water taxi that will take you directly downtown (water taxi fare is $5.75 for adults).
