Very adequate accommodation. Pool was excellent, bbq is fantastic. The location turned out to be perfect, 20 mins to Disneyland, Knotts, LAX, Long Beach during non crazy busy times of course. The neighbourhood is quiet and feels very safe. Would absolutely stay here again if we come back to LA

Chad is the most pleasant host we’ve met during our many travels. He is incredibly warm, always attentive, and quick to respond if any issue arises. The house is always spotless, with a great pool and barbecue, and everything is very functional. We’re already excited to come back next year!

It was so pleasant, easy and fast to communicate with the owner. Place was clean. Directions for the house and the stay was so easy and smooth. Place was well equipped and comfortable. Though we didn’t spend much time in the house during the day time. It was a quiet and cozy place to reminisce and chat of old days with close friends. Placeis highly recommended as it is near a lot of places needed for convenient living.

The house was in a great location, easy enough access to all major freeways. The pool was perfect for those "non" activity days, the kids spent whole days in it! Rooms were spacious, not confining like a hotel would have been. Our family of 5 used every square inch and still had room to move around. Laundry and kitchen facilities were a huge bonus. Love the charm of an older home. We will DEFINITELY be using this verbo again.

Amazing communication with Mr. Chad, any questions we had he answered in a matter of minutes. Very friendly clean amazing location. Very quiet neighborhood and the pool was great for the kids. I would definitely be booking again
