Perfectly located between Portland’s vibrant Arts District and the iconic Old Port, this grand vacation rental offers walkable access to the city's best restaurants, shops, and waterfront experiences.
Spacious & Flexible for Groups : With 10 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 well-appointed bathrooms, the main home comfortably hosts large groups. Multiple living and dining areas offer ample room to relax and reconnect.
A Kitchen Made to Gather: The gourmet kitchen is a cook’s dream, complete with soapstone countertops, high-end appliances, and a custom gathering table for eight. Whether you’re preparing a family-style brunch or hosting a private chef dinner, this space is designed to bring people together.
Outdoor Living & Seasonal Entertaining : Step outside to a private backyard oasis with a stone patio, outdoor seating, and a gas grill—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. At the rear of the property, a restored antique carriage house offers a unique space for private dining and intimate group events. **Please note the carriage house is available from April - December and does have an additional fee for use Use of the home and carriage house is limited to registered overnight guests, but we do welcome approved small gatherings or special events with advance notice. Please inquire about event rates and services.
