This exquisite beachfront property in Old Orchard Beach, Maine, was recently renovated and transformed into a 5-bedroom, 7 bathroom home with an elevator that reaches all 3 floors. The Grand Beach views provide a backdrop to the living areas and outside balconies where friends and family love to gather & eat & drink together. The master bedroom is a room to fight over, with its own private balcony facing the ocean, outdoor sun beds & armchairs (should you choose to sunbathe or just unwind in privacy) walk-in closet, and a unique, ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and seperate, glasss, walk-in shower. This $3m beachfront home has the most spectacular ocean views you'll ever experience. You won't want to leave! Extremely spacious, open living area, dining area and kitchen, all open plan with large decks throughout. Top of the line granite kitchen counters & Viking appliances. Light oak wood flooring and large windows throughout! Professional size Pool Table and wet bar. For a little separation the rear of the property boasts a 2 bedroom 1.5 bathrooms along with its own living room, dining area and kitchen. 2 large laundry facilities. A beautiful property that is now available to rent year round for a week, a weekend or minimum two nights (discounted) midweek. Please do not contact us to inquire about off-season monthly rentals. This is only a short term rental property. From Mid June to the beginning of September the minimum night stay is 7.
If your preferred dates are unavailable we recomend looking at two other beach houses that we manage. These two properties are 1 block from each other with an additional 2, two-bedroom cottages and 6 one-bedroom cottages. We are therefore able to rent to extremely large groups, weddings, large family reunions, work retreats, etc...

Guests check in on Saturdays at 4pm and check out the following Saturday by 10am. From mid September through mid June one can rent the property for 2 or more nights. Having spent the last 18 summmers here in Old Orchard Beach we have a lot we can share with you including restaurant recommendations, local sightseeing, shopping excursions, and more. Common questions:
We are often asked about the layout of the bedrooms. There are three
bedrooms located on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom faces the ocean, bedroom no. 2 is ajacent to the master bedroom and has its own ocean view. It has its own bathroom across the hall, 4-5 feet away! Bedroom no. 3 is located toward down the hallway, about 40 feet from bedroom no. 2. It has its' own ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have King size beds in them. Bedrooms 4 & 5 are located to the rear of the property on the 3rd floor (next to the gaming room). Bedroom 4 is extremely large! It has 2 King size beds while bedroom no. 5 has 1 King size bed. These two bedrooms share one full bathroom. They all come with large closets, many with additional pillows, linens, blankets & cot beds enabling additional guests to sleep comfortably. Finally the main living room has a pull out (queen size) couch, while the second living room has a queen size air mattress. Wall-mounted AC units are located throughout the property. They are really only necessary in July & August.
We provide our guests with a Weber Grill and a full tank of propane gas. It is located under the carport, bear the front door.

Is it too cold to enter the sea in the summertime?
Absolutley not! beach goers are in the ocean throughout the summer. In mid July 2021 the ocean temperature reached 74 degrees!

Can I walk into town from this property?
Yes, of course. The downtown area of Old Orchard Beach is only 1/3 mile. One can easily walk along the beach to the pier and up the main street. Or one can walk along West Grand Ave. It too is a nice walk with safe sidewalks on either side of the street.

Do you rent in the off-season? fall, winter and early Spring time?
Yes. We rent our property year round. Popular off-season dates include Columbus day weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years' Eve, Valentine's day, Easter, Memorial Day weekend.

I am trying to book for next summer but I cannot locate any available dates why is this?
As of August 1 2024 we have opened our calendar to accept new bookings for the summer of 2025. We accept Saturday to Saturday reservations only from the middle of June through the beginning of September with a 7 night minimum stay. If these dates do not work for you and your guests we recommend considering booking alternative dates in May, June, September or October as Old Orchard Beach is just as beautiful in the late Spring / early summer / late summer & early fall, or booking one of our other beach properties.

I wish to have a party at the property with either family or friends with a group of 25 guests or more, is this possible? based on the actual number of guests, and type of party our rates to host such an event start at $500.

I am not sure what the final number of guests will be. I understand above 12 guests you charge $50 per person per night. Can I let you know what the final number will be closer to the date of my booking?
Yes, absolutely. This is very common. As soon as friends or family members see photos of the beachfront property their busy schedule often times opens up, and they wish to come along.

(For everyone's safety and protection of our property we have installed 2 surveillance cameras on the outside of the property only. The first camera is located just to the left of the front door. The second camera points at the rear entrance door and carport. It is attached to the side of the house, 15 yards away. It faces the rear entrance door. These cameras record people as they approach anyone of the two entrances to the house. The camera's range is approximately 100 yards. If you have any concerns about our outdoor surveillance system feel free to message me.

If there are any issues on the property, who do I contact and how quickly are you able to resolve these issues? All guests are given my personal cell phone. Should there be any major problem inside the house I ask guests to contact me right away. I will be sure to address any issue as expeditiously as possible.
