Location is perfect! Newly renovated 1600 sqft home with 4 spacious bedrooms. 4 queen memory foam beds, each in separate bedrooms. (2 futons in the living room area. 1 queen and 2 futons on the ground floor, and 3 queen beds on the second floor). There are 2 full Bathrooms, one on each floor, a dine-in Kitchen and dining table, Living room with Flat Screen TV and offers 3 free parking spaces. Extra parking is $20/car/day. This rental home can accommodate up to max. 10 people.
Park your car and walk 5 min.to the Falls, Clifton Hill, Casino, Indoor Water Park, Journey Behind the Falls, Pipeline, Cable car, SkyWheel, Rainbow Bridge & ALL major attractions! You will be in the heart of the Falls without the noise. Our home provides a quiet place to rest after a full day of sight-seeing, wine/bike tours, outdoor adventure or shopping. Dining? Have dinner at one of the many restaurants nearby, take a short drive to the wineries to celebrate a special occasion, it's just all minutes away!
Your Bedrooms (freshly cleaned linens), Kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, frying pans, pots, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery and basic utensils)no laundry soap. Bathroom ( Towels, Shampoo, Body Wash, Hand Soap, Tp, hairdryer), Living room, Porch, and Parking Pad. Ground coffee and tea along with WI-Fi is available to our guests. No access to basement and storage areas. Gravel back yard bring your own bbq.

We like to respect our guests privacy and do not live in the house, so there will be minimal in person interaction. However, we are just 10 minutes away if anything is needed or to answer any questions during your stay. Messaging through VRBO is best to reach us!

Our house is professionally cleaned and is smoke free home. Please refer to our other listing for reviews from previous guests, the other property is next door to this house (accommodates 8pple). Both homes are perfect for groups and large family travelers.
***Please note the nightly rate is based on the first 4 people, each additional person is $75/night, this is so we can accommodate small groups***

Perfect for our family

The house is right next to Clifton Hill and a 4 block walk to the falls. It is in a perfect location to access the Clifton hills entertainment area and the Niagara Falls WeGo transit system. The house was very clean and the kitchen was really well stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

Great option for families

This property was perfect for our Niagara Falls trip. So close to Clifton Hills - we walked everywhere and didn't have to worry about parking. Tommaso & Attilio checked in multiple times to make sure everything was going well and were very responsive to our requests. Would definitely stay again.

The home was as described and well stocked with everything we needed for our visit to the falls. It would have been nice to have access to control the thermostat, but at least there were blankets provided in the living space to stay warm as the house was kept quite cool…Would definitely recommend this VRBO if you’re planning a family or large group trip to the Falls!

Great trip to Niagara Falls, On

Nicely renovated older home on the very edge of the Niagara Falls tourist area in Canada. We were able to walk to almost every attraction in town and were just far enough away to avoid all of the crowds on the streets. Our host, Attilio, was on top of things and gave us all of the information in a timely manner. We had a fantastic experience.

Walking distance to the falls

Our family of 8 stayed over the New Year Holiday. Excellent location. Plenty of room for everyone. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Parked the cars and walked to everything we wanted to do. Watched the fireworks from the house.
