Walkable distance to the beautiful Naples beaches and Mercato, fully remodeled with new furniture and appliances. Family room used as 4th bedroom with queen sleeper sofa and full bathroom. All beach accessories you need at the house for your use. The game room with separate A/C has pool / ping pong table, Foos table. There are 3 bikes for you as well. Just built new heated caged pool and SPA
