Great place, served the purpose for what I needed. It smelled a little like cats in there when I first turned the heat on, but it went away. It’s on the second floor in a quiet neighborhood, it’s just a place to sleep, there’s not any glitz or glam. The hosts were so kind and I’d book there again.
Perfect little spot! Can’t wait to come back next year!! (Being from Oklahoma, the no AC threw us for a loop! But we didn’t even need it) 10/10!!!

Thank you for your kind review! We have amazing weather in San Diego and incredible cross breezes- so AC isn’t really needed. We will be happy to host you again!
Pros: The place is adorable and in the perfect location. It was no more than 8-10 mins from downtown and if you didn’t want to drive, transportation is readily available. The views from the deck were picture perfect!! And the best part, great local restaurants with delicious food and drinks. Cons: Suitable one maybe two. I had one small hiccup with the door keypad. But Holly was attentive and quickly resolved the situation. There was a slight smell that I wasn’t accustomed to, however with a little air freshener, it was fine.
Holly and Sean were amazing hosts, they responded to anything we needed really fast and even let us check in early since we landed earlier! The place is small but has everything you need and lots of fans to keep cool in the summer plus no major sun so it’s not crazy hot. The parking isn’t hard to find just look on the side street of the house or behind the house if nothing in front or down the road (not a far walk). The location is perfect since it’s by down town SD and close to Coronado beach. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. No issues at all thank you for the stay!
We had a great stay and really appreciated the host’s communication and hospitality. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One consideration for future guests: parking in the area can be challenging, so it may be worth reconsidering whether a rental car is necessary. This is entirely related to the location and not the host or property. Overall, we had a very positive experience.
Great cozy private place that has everything you need! Parking is a little tricky at night so would look a block further but otherwise felt safe, it was pretty quiet and had good access to downtown.
