Pros: nice property, nice amenities, pool at the house, property mgr is very responsive, The only thing that was on the annoying side (if this even applies to you), I had to give anyone's name who planned on visiting and the date they would be there. If I forgot to add someone or had a last minute guest, it was a nearly impossible mission.
