Tropical Home with Heated Pool & Near Beaches

This fantastic modern/retro styled pool home features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a king and queen sized bed. It is located in an upscale Hobe Sound neighborhood, near the intracoastal waterway. The family room has a queen size sofa/pop up bed (much more comfortable than a sleeper sofa) and the cabana/game room has Bahama beds (two twin sized beds that fit together like couches during the day). A custom bath features a huge easy access, walk in shower. The terrazzo floors have been restored to their original luster. Each bedroom, the family room, the living room and the cabana/game room have Direct TV and wireless Internet (with 50 inch TVs in the living room and cabana/game room) (5 TVs total). The air conditioned cabana/game room has a 70 inch air hockey table, board games and Wii games (although the ceiling is low for some of the sporting games like tennis). Inside the house there's a wet bar and there is also a pass through window from the kitchen to the pool/patio (feel free to bring your own pool floats).
Outdoors there's a hot and cold water shower to rinse off from the beach, lots of seating and a gas grill, as well as plenty of parking for your R.V. and boat.
The children safety fence around the pool may be removed if desired.
For your convenience we provide bikes, crib/pack-n-play, high chair. The glass items in the photos are easily removed to make the property kid friendly.

Rental Rules and Regulations
1. Check in time is 4:00 pm EST and check out time is 11:00 am
EST unless previous arrangements have been made.
2. Smoking is NOT permitted.
3. Pets are NOT permitted.
4. No daily maid service is provided.
5. Maximum occupancy is 8.
6. This home is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities including the pool, or off of the property even if using supplied equipment such as bicycles. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or equipment or or the risk of harm to others whom they invite to use the premises or equipment.
We have a swimming pool and bicycle waiver and release of liability form that our insurance company requires to be signed upon check in. You may view this in our lease agreement during the booking process.
