Located in Mid-City, a neighbourhood in San Diego, this holiday home is near theme parks. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Balboa Park and Mission Bay, while San Diego Zoo and USS Midway Museum are popular area attractions. Waterfront Park and Belmont Park are not to be missed. Discover the area's water adventures with waterskiing, water tubing and windsurfing nearby, or enjoy the great outdoors with hiking.
The host was welcoming and responsive. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Location wise - it was 15 minutes away from anything we wanted to do in San Diego (beaches, old town, coronado).
The host was extremely welcoming and prompt in answering all my questions about the property. The space met are needs and although it is an older neighborhood in San Diego we felt completely comfortable, safe, and secure. As we entered the property it was very inviting and cozy.
Beautifully appointed little house in a quiet neighborhood from which to easily explore San Diego w/o the expense of a resort. Six adults slept comfortably after college football one day and Del Mar race traces the next.
I couldnt be happier with our stay. It is an amazimg ethnic neighborhood outside of downtown. There are little shops and bodegas for food and essentials. It is an amazingly renovated property with great hosts and amenities. Why pay thousands when you can stay in a place with culture and history.
The place was extremely clean and well taken care of. The only minor issue is just the neighborhood. Overall, very nice and communication with host was great!
The home was very nice and looked just like the photos. I loved how organized everything was and that they provided everything we might need (dish soap, sponge, shampoo, conditioner, etc) The neighborhood was ok but conveniently close to downtown which was nice. Our two cars fit in the back parking, thankfully, because street parking was pretty minimal.

The house was very nice and clean , the neighborhood was poor ( I guess you can factor this in with the good price offered . The parking was not good . For three bedrooms you should provide two parking spots . There is no parking on the street in this neighborhood .

Sr , we are located in the city , if you wanted a luxury stay you could have stayed in La Jolla ❤️
The home was very well planned out. All of the thoughtful touches were amazing. The patio was very nice to just chill and relax. Parking can be a bit difficult if you have more than 1 car. However, the parking lot is long enough that you can tandem park. There are so many options for food nearby; whether you want to shop and cook for yourself or you want to eat out. We found a little hole in the wall Chinese food place within walking distance and it was absolutely delicious!!! The only thing we discovered is that there is traffic at night. If the windows are open, you will hear cars driving by. The next night we kept them close and turned on the ceiling fan and it was absolutely fine.
