Escape to Paradise at Siren Song Villa B8 (updated, waterfront - no stairs)

Come and be captivated by the ever-changing views of the Caribbean Sea and Virgin Islands as seen from Siren Song Villa. From her private 24' balcony, you will be entertained by turtles, iguanas and birds. Her open floor plan brings the view into the living, dining, kitchen and bedroom.

Siren Song is more than a condo, she is our home. She’s been completely renovated and furnished with higher quality furniture, bedding and wares purchased for our personal use and the enjoyment of our guests. Siren Song is owner-operated and impeccably maintained. As such, it would be impossible to sustain such high quality and standards (at reasonable prices) if we were to offer Siren Song as part of the hotel pool under third-party hotel management.

As our guest, you are our only guest and you have our undivided attention.

Our efficiency kitchen is fully equipped (complete with full size dishwasher, stove/oven and refrigerator, toaster oven/air fryer, microwave, french press coffee maker and kettle) for whipping up a meal. And when finished put everything in the dishwasher.

When the day is done, we've procured a spacious, ultra-comfy yet firm king-sized bed to luxuriate in while falling asleep to the sound of waves on the shore below.

Located in a gated resort in Point Pleasant Resort, Siren Song Villa is conveniently located to many attractions, beaches and water sports and activities. We will be more than happy to assist you in booking kayaks, sailboat and powerboat trips, fishing excursions, parasailing, golfing, snorkeling and diving, car rentals and ferry trips to St. John and other Virgin Islands. (Passport required for travel to BVI.)

If you're thinking there's so much to do, but need quality “down time,” then you’ve come to the right place. You can choose to:
• Relax at your choice of 3 pools.
• Dine at Mirador Restaurant (near the middle pool) in a relaxed island atmosphere.
• Walk/hike the Resort's nature trails and take in the local flora.

Stayed here to attend a wedding at Dreams Sugar Bay. It is right next door and worked out perfect . The location was excellent and everyone at the resort was great. We did not rent a car so we took cabs in to Red Hook and used the jitney a few times . The villa was clean and had everything we needed . Good location and a nice view

Anniversary getaway

We had a great trip to St Thomas! We loved the view from the property particularly at sunrise and sunset. Everything was wonderful! We lost power a couple times but that’s for the whole island and out of anyone’s control. (Just so people are aware that it could happen)

Beautiful and amazing location

This condo is located right on the bay with beautiful views of both the sunrise and sunset everyday. The staff are so friendly and helpful. There are 3 restauraunts within walking distance with great food and drinks. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and a cooler. We couldn't ask for more for our honeymoon. If you visit the bar, ask for the Painkiller. It's a local favorite.

A little piece of heaven

The pictures are unable to do the view here justice. The memory of the sunrise here will forever be burned in my mind. Absolutely gorgeous! The space was just as advertised as well, offering everything I needed for my stay. Great location to walk to beaches or easily catch a shuttle to other locations on the island. Highly recommend booking your next stay here ! You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect in every way

Our stay at Siren Song Villa truly was perfect in every way - from pre-booking communications with Leslie, through our visit, and then in follow up communications with Leslie...very responsive! As stated in previous reviews, the on-line photo’s are exactly as things appear in real life. Amazing views, and literally a 5 minute drive to Red Hook and the St John ferry. Short drives to many of the beautiful beaches on the island, but having a car is a necessity! Literally steps to the on-sight restaurant at waters edge. No stairs to climb! Plus, everything we needed for beach trips was provided. We would definitely stay again.

Take a vacation!

This is a GREAT place to stay for anyone who doesn’t want to be stuck at a hotel, eat their terrible food and drop extraordinary amounts of money per night. My girlfriend and I stayed here Christmas week and really loved it. The view from the condo is spectacular, the location is convenient and the condo (size of a hotel suite) is big enough to spend the entire day lounging around. We woke each morning to the amazing down-island views from our bed, enjoyed home brewed coffee on the terrace, packed the cooler with beer and fruit and headed the beach (they even supply the beach chairs and cooler!). Reap 8 days and that’s vacation for me. The kitchen was very nice – we made breakfast in the mornings and lunch. We ate dinner out every night. The bathroom was modern. The bed comfy. The living room was great. You’ll definitely need a car if you stay here and want to tour the island, but I recommend renting a car if you stay in STT anyway so you can beach-up every day or drive over on St. John.

Fantastic Place to Stay

My wife and I vacationed in St. Thomas for the first time in April. The Siren Song pictures and reviews were wonderful, so we chose to book it. We were very glad we did. The pictures and description were spot on, and we loved the location. The room was perfect for us, and of course the balcony views and sounds are wonderful. In particular, we love being so close to the Shoreline bar and grille. We spent some time there every day. The staff and food were great. The bottom pool is also right there, but we never spent any time there. We also met other couples from Margaritaville (right next door), who came to Shoreline everyday because they liked the food better. Margaritaville is about a 3 minute walk from Shoreline. Leslie was very helpful with our accommodations, and she had her taxi guy, Jimmy, pick us up from the airport. We used him the rest of the stay. He was very helpful wherever we needed to go. From pre trip to post trip the communication was very good and we felt very well taken care of. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We hope to go back again.

Perfect space for a couple

Just returned from the Siren Song Villa about a week ago. First let me say that the host (Leslie) is AMAZING! She went above & beyond with communication. She sent us pictures, videos, answered all my questions and she did it all quickly. I wish every host was as awesome as she is. We loved Siren Song as it fit our needs perfectly. The bed was also very comfortable. It felt firm but it was just the right combination of firm & plush. the full size fridge/ stove/ oven were great as we did most of our cooking to save money. The bathroom/shower is updated & lovely. The patio is hands down the best part of the Villa. If I can figure out how to attach photos I will. We enjoyed a gorgeous sunrise on our 2nd morning in St. Thomas from the patio. The resort is on a hill. We knew that & were just fine with it. It provides a little more exercise which is good for ya anyways. The pathway's were fun and beautiful to walk. Bonus was the beach chairs & small cooler for the tenants use. They came in handy for us! Thank you Leslie for a great stay!

Contemporary Condo with a Gorgeous View!

My boyfriend and I chose to stay at Siren Song after looking at all other properties on the island, and we are very happy that we did. The pictures are true-to-life - the water IS that blue and the view is beautiful! We spent every morning on the porch drinking our morning coffee to the relaxing sounds and sights of the ocean bay. It was exactly the R&R we needed. The decor inside the condo is exactly as pictured, which was part of our motivation for choosing it. Unlike many other condos, which are overwhelmed with tacky island decor and couches that look like a Hawaiian t-shirt, Siren Song is clean and contemporary. Some things to note in particular: The bed was SUPER cozy and I had no trouble sleeping at all! The A/C unit makes the area around the bed nice and cold. The shower has a big "spa-type" head on it that had great water pressure. Also, we enjoyed having the Roku box to stream Netflix in our evening chill time. It was also nice to be on ground level so we were not walking up and down stairs all the time. Leslie is a very attentive and friendly owner, and she was very helpful with checking in and giving us great travel tips. She was even nice enough to let us know of some construction happening in the resort during our requested time and worked with the resort staff to find out the exact details so she wouldn't book us at a bad time. It turned out to be no trouble at all! (Other owners are definitely not this honest and diligent!) Bernadette is also an incredibly friendly woman, and we enjoyed meeting her too. As others have noted, a rental car is pretty necessary. We DID have a bad experience with Avis, so I do not recommend them. But it was easy to navigate the island - just note that there are a lot of hills and that pedestrians seem to have the right-of-way. We traveled at the beginning of the off-season (first week in October). While this meant that there was a lot of construction activity around the island, the weather was still gorgeously warm and perfect. We went snorkeling every single day. Coki Beach has the best snorkeling on St. Thomas (and was also our favorite beach altogether), but if you want AMAZING snorkeling, take a ferry visit to St. John and go to Trunk Bay! Magen's Bay on ST is also beautiful for its view and calm waters, though there are no reefs. St. Thomas is true island life and a true island mentality, and Siren Song is a relaxing, comfortable home base to have there. You will be happy you chose it - we sure are!

Siren Song vacation

We loved this location and the condo was lovely. We stayed for 10 days and each morning had coffee on the balcony. From the balcony we watched the iguanas in the trees and were able to see several sting rays in the bay. It is beautiful. The sliding doors open accordion style and that allows the breeze to fill the space and it feels great. We only used the air conditioning at night when we closed the sliding doors. The bed is a little firm for me but I did get a good night's sleep each night. The condo is decorated in a manner that is relaxing and reminds you of where you are. I loved all the mermaids and fish in the decor. Lesley was very easy to work with and very friendly. The only issue was with the towels and linen and garbage bags. I guess I did not read the description well enough because you are only provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels (we only had 1 but did not use it all), 4 bath towels (1 was a small blanket????), 4 hand towels and 3 dishes towels, and about 4 garbage bags regardless of how long you stay. We did not have anything to wash dishes with besides a large kitchen towel, we ended up using a bath sponge we had brought. When I contacted Lesley she said it would be extra for new towels and linen (we declined) and we were only provided the initial 2 rolls of toilet paper about 8 coffee filters, etc. I asked about washing dishes and she said the dish sponge had a scrubber on 1 side, I told her we didn't have a sponge and she had her property manager bring us one, however the one we were given was cut in half and had been used quite a bit. We ended up buying tp, coffee filters, and a dish sponge. We just used the little plastic bags from shopping for garbage. The description also says there is some basic supplies like salt, spices, etc. but the only food supplies were some packets of ketchup, mustard, mayo. There was also a small bag of coffee which depending on how long you are staying is enough (we ended up buying more along with the filters). I'm not trying to make a huge deal about these issues, just pointing out what is unique to this property. If you are only staying a few days it would be fine and we didn't mind buying these items, just had not experienced this before. There are 2 very nice beach chairs, and a cooler and those we put to good use. There are also 2 beach towels which we didn't use as we had our own. I would stay at Siren Song Villa again as the location and condo are very nice.

Best location!

We loved our stay here! Our 9 year wedding anniversary Mid-End July 2021. A a stay in paradise away from the kidos was exactly what we needed. It was a short walk to my favorite Coki Beach and Coral World on a quick trail that took us from the Shoreline bar and grill, through pineapple beach (small beach in front of margaritaville) and popped us out on the road by coki beach. At our resort there were on site pools and the Shoreline Bar and Grill was our favorite spot to eat. I can't say enough good things about this place! Margaritaville had ok food and we walked there, but it was too commercial feeling for us, but we much preferred Shoreline we're we could kick back and watch the fish swim by us. We had a rental car (worth it to us, we loved exploring the island) and we only had to travel a few minutes to redhook for more fun. We really liked the fish tacos at Hooked. We went to a few different stores for groceries and our favorite was Moes in redhook area. The view from this place was great! The king size bed was more firm than I liked. I loved the shampoo, conditioner and body soap provided. (One less thing to pack!) Be sure to bring an HDMI cord if you want to plug in your device to the tv to stream shows. I would recommend bringing your own snorkel gear so you don't have to rent. They did provide a cooler and two beach chairs. The sugar beach at the resort wasn't good for playing in the water during the time we were there, a little too rough of water and rocks, but it was pleasant for napping in the sun to the sound of the water. This is the place! We will come back in the future!

Beautiful and relaxing

We just returned from a week long stay at Siren Song, and would love to turn around and go right back. Leslie was amazing with all communications. The unit was as described and very clean. The views were breath taking and just welcomed you to sit and relax on the balcony. Leslie had asked if there was a reason for our visit, and we had told her that we were celebrating our 30 wedding anniversary. She was kind enough to leave a nice surprise for us, Such a wonderful personal touch. All three pools were well maintained, and seating aplenty. We look forward to staying again at Siren Song on our next trip to St. Thomas.

First Class Property

Siren Song is "first row" right in front of the water. It makes up the "middle" floor of the building which is the best one -- the top floor patios have no roof (= no shade), and the bottom floors have lots of foliage around them (= view obstruction) -- the Siren Song offers the both great views and a shaded terrace. Easy 2 minute walk to the small private beach, and another easy walk to Coki Beach (probably 10 minutes). Well-appointed condo with everything we needed to cook and lounge. Trade winds offer constant refreshing breeze throughout the condo with open shutters. Parking right in front of the condo, and no steps to enter, even with the parking area. Excellent accommodation, and Leslie was available throughout with advice and help. Highly recommend!

Amazing view, very cute place and very well kept

You can’t beat the view. The property was perfect for the 3 days were were there. Air conditioned and even Turkish towels which were a nice touch. It’s close enough to Coki Beach to walk there. The food at the resort’s Shoreline Grille was very tasty. Multiple pools are very close too.

Just this: A really great place to stay.

We planned our first trip to St. Thomas to visit our daughter, she having recently moved to the USVI. She lives in Red Hook, and us not knowing too much about the island, booked Siren Song in Point Pleasant because I liked the way it looked on the website. It turned out to be a very serendipitous decision, as her apartment was 5 minutes down the road, and Siren Song was better in life than it was in pictures. Pictures don't capture the sound of the waves or the smell of the salt, or the feel of the ocean breeze on your skin. At 750 or so square feet, it was the perfect size for my wife and me, bigger than most hotel rooms, but plenty private enough. The place is clean and well stocked, just enough pots and pans and plates to carry you through. Leslie is less like a landlord, and more like a friend that has been there, knows the lay of the land, and is more than willing to offer up tips and advice when needed. I'm not sure when we'll be returning to St. Thomas, but when we do, it will be to Siren Song.

Perfect Romantic Christmas on the Islands

The villa was in a great location for us and had all of the necessities we could have asked for. We could hear the ocean and it was so nice to have a kitchen to cook in when we wanted to stay in. The bed was very comfortable. We wanted to get away for the holiday this year and rejuvinate in the tropics and Siren Song was the perfect place for us to stay! Leslie was very gracious and provided a lot of beneficial information for our first stay in USVI. We ended up renting a car which suited our style as we wanted to discover as much of the island as possible. We highly recommend this place!

Gorgeous, clean, comfortable... truly paradise at your doorstep!

The property and grounds were fantastic and exactly as described, if not even better, as it's hard to put such beauty into words. The condo itself has a great layout, comfortable furnishings, and all the amenities you need for your stay to feel like home (AC, wireless internet, kitchen wares, beach chairs, clean linens/towels, basic toiletries, etc.). The ocean views are absolutely unreal. When I could finally pull myself away from that great deck, I enjoyed any one of the three pools on the grounds (especially the gorgeous terrace pool), nearby Coki Beach (great for snorkeling), and Coral World, all of which are a short walk away. The Shoreline Grill is extremely close by with a pleasant ambience and surprisingly delicious food. For farther excursions, we got by just fine with taxis and the safari bus; others may enjoy the freedom/convenience a car provides. Finally, Leslie was a fantastic and exceptionally responsive host. All details were worked out in advance and played out smoothly. She even took the time to give me a call in advance to help me get the lay of the land and offer some very helpful arrival tips. Absolutely a great stay with no complaints other than it ended too soon!

We've traveled to many parts of the globe, yet we return to the Virgin Islands. Why? St. Thomas is only a short flight away from our home (not much further than Florida) and has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. By spending less time getting to those beaches, we can spend more time on them. The Virgin Islands have such a diversity of land- and seascapes that there is much to explore.

For over 30 years we have visited the Virgin Islands before discovering our own piece of paradise.
