The property was just as expected - spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a small issue with gaining access to the property using the keypad; however, the host was trying her hardest to make it right. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. One suggestion would be to add shades to the back doors in the second and third-floor back bedrooms to provide a bit more privacy. Overall, it was a great place for our trip.

Good stay, beautiful home. The neighborhood is up and coming; not walkable and limited restaurants near rental. Would recommend getting shades to second and third floor doors (to patios) for early morning sleep and privacy.

New house, plenty of space, and responsive host!

The host had great communication. The house was cute and comfortable. It had a full kitchen and appliances (minus a toaster). It was open concept, and had plenty of space (inside). It had modern finishes. We enjoyed our stay here, as well as the host Anna. It was in a neighborhood in northern Indianapolis, a little bit of a drive to restaurants and stores, but not too far. It was conveniently located next to a paved walking/biking trail. There were plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps for our weekend. Bonus- there is a washer and dryer! Just an FYI, the doors both in common spaces and bedrooms have full length windows with no curtains. So it can be bright first thing in the morning, but early bird gets the worm, right? I would recommend this property and host!
