Enjoy the comfort and convenience in our spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home only 1/2 mile from Hollywood Casino, breweries, and more! The area has many dining options and attractions like the C&O canal, the Appalachian trail, historic sites, white-water rafting and more. Our farmhouse-style house offers a welcoming retreat, complete with an outdoor grill and smokeless gas firepit for your enjoyment. Experience all the area has to offer from your ideal home base.

This farm house is a 4 Bed 2 1/2 bath home. The master has a king bed and bathroom that is located on the first level. The remaining nice size bedrooms and full bath are located on the 2nd level. 2 of those bedrooms have queen beds and the remaining bedroom has a full size bed.

Guests have access to the whole house. The cellar is locked for safety but access can be given if needed by request

Nestled in Ranson City, this home enjoys well-lit main streets and sidewalks, perfect for leisurely strolls to nearby restaurants and parks.

Guests are welcome to park on the street during non inclement weather and or park in the exterior driveway located off the alley behind the house

-refrigerator does not have an icemaker
-Place all used towels and linens on the floor,

-Empty the coffee pot,

-All trash must be IN A TRASH BAG and placed in the outside trash bin (Loose trash should NOT be placed in the trash bin. It is not pleasant for cleaners to have to dig out loose trash)

-Make sure both the gas grill and gas firepit are shut off, the grill is clean, and the covers are on both, but do NOT shut off the gas supply,

-Set the thermostat to 72 degrees in the summer and 68 in the winter.

-Please do not have mail or packages delivered to the property before, during, or after your stay

-No unregistered guests are permitted
