The building, pool, and the beach were clean and great however, the room needs some attention, especially in the bathroom all in all I would go back

The beachfront views were amazing!! The condo was roomy and clean. The only problem we had was the bedroom tv went offline and we couldn't access the apps on the tv. I sent a message and they sent maintenance to fix it. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and hopefully can stay again next year.

Checkin is easy and well communicated. A few small problems after getting in the room, but nothing major. Small amount of plumbers putty in the floor in the bathroom sink area, tub not the cleanest with the same putty on the right side in the middle. Dinning room table was wobbling to the extent we didnt use it in fear it would break. TVs, i had difficulty getting to live TV especially in the bedroom.

Over all satisfied, but our major problem was the parking. My family has to use 2 separate vehicles, we are both mothers with children. Our unit only allowed one vehicle per unit, and we had to park our other vehicle on the street at metered parking. The parking was expensive and was not planned so it took funds away from our vacation budget. Not only that, but South Ocean Blvd is a little more of a "rough area" there were individuals on the street who did not look safe that we had to load and unload our vehicle in front of. It made us very uncomfortable, and unsafe being that we were just 2 single mothers with our 5 daughters. Other than that we did enjoy the resort, and would love to return if the parking policy can be changed.

We lived the location, but because it was a privately owned unit in a part of a larger Resort, there was quite a bit of confusion on check-in and other processes. There were also way too many emails prior to arriving and some of those emails contained information that was not accurate or up to date. Otherwise, it was a nice vacation spot!
