Accommodations were wonderful! Perfect place for a stay for a group. Location was amazing close to all the great dining and nightlife in Cap Hill. Amazing to have a garage and driveway spot off the main road. All the rooms were comfy and the shared spaces were cute and cozy. Highly recommend and will for sure stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here while visiting for a US World Cup game. We were pleased to see so many good restaurants, a grocery store, and an EV charging station all within a couple of blocks. The designated parking space in the alley entrance was very helpful with street parking generally not easily available. The house was very clean and I really enjoyed the design details. Even the least desirable room on the first floor (basically a bed on that entry floor) had a nice window, AC unit, and was very quiet (as the entire place and area were). The other two bedrooms are on the 3rd floor, with the larger one having a large walk-in closet with an extra folded thick foam mat and extra sheets, blankets and pillows. Each bedroom has its own mini-split AC with individual remote. Nice and cool sleep after a warm day in the sun. The middle floor is comfortable (also has AC) with a well-stocked kitchen, thoughtfully stocked with ground coffee, sugar, and tea (and a welcome bottle of wine!). We watched some of the other games on TV as well as logging into some of the available apps (with my log-ins) so we were able to watch what we wanted. The remote is not the easiest to use. Will’s communication was excellent at every step. I didn’t have any questions or complaints but I knew that if I did, my concerns would be quickly addressed. Artusi (amazing pasta and friendly staff) and Overcast Coffee were favorite places and Central Co-op is nice to have nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

The townhouse was clean and equipped with all that we needed. Location was quiet but within walking distance to great restaurants. Will was quick with communications. I would definitely stay here again on our next Seattle trip!
