Don’t let the outside fool you, this house is spotless on the interior and in an ideal location around Capitol Hill. Everything you need is within walking distance. Our group of 8 had a great time. The host was super helpful when the breaker shorted and we were able to resolve the issue quickly. At this price point and located where it is, I think you would be hard pressed to find a better option. I would certainly book again if I came back up to the area.

We loved our stay. Payton was very attentive and quick with communication. The home is a beautiful old home that has been renovated well. The main bathroom is in master bedroom which required a bit of extra planning but ended up not being as inconvenient as we thought. There is lots of things close by to walk to including shops, restaurants and bars. The home felt safe and secure. We over all loved our stay!

Place was clean and ready for check in. Location is prime. One weird hiccup was the host contacted us about a maintenance visit during our stay which was not communicated until a few hours before maintenance staff was scheduled to arrive. Am appreciative that when we shared our discomfort with maintenance coming by during our stay and requested host reschedule until after they did seem to honor that request.
