HOUSE RULES
- No parties
- No smoking of any kind
- Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am. We have very friendly, welcoming neighbors. Please be respectful of the quiet hours and keep outdoor noise to a minimum

Cameras and recording: There is a security camera in the front of home and a video doorbell at the front door. Both record ~30 sec clips when motion is detected. This is for safety and security purposes.
