The home was perfect for our business trip. Within walking distance to everything, clean, well kept, and convenient. The host was easy to get a hold of, if needed. Would def stay again!
The home is as pictured. Beautiful clean and organized and close to great restaurants. The check in and checkout was thoroughly explained and seamless. Great job to the owners in communicating
Beautiful place. Very chic but inviting. Also very quiet which was great for us. Location was walkable to nearly everything we wanted to get done. Owner was very responsive as well. Great spot if you want to be in downtown San Diego / Gas Lamp.

Great location and accommodations. We had friends & family staying with us for a wedding. Really comfortable with everything needed. Owner stayed in constant communication before, during and after our stay to insure we were pleased. Can't ask for more.
This was a girls trip. The property is in a great location with so many bars and restaurants nearby and very centrally located to all that you will want to do in San Diego.
JD, the property owner is incredibly responsive and was very helpful.
House was very comfortable and perfectly located downtown. The kitchen is very nicely set up and the grocery stores close by made it very convenient to cook at home.

Why they chose this property
I love the architecture of the home with the dramatic 24-foot ceilings. There are simply almost no homes this size this close to the Gas Lamp Quarter. The backyard is very unique downtown.
What makes this property unique
It is not a townhome or condo. It is a single-family home sitting on it own lot. It has an attached garage which means no long walks to a shared parking garage or elevators.
