Why they chose this property

We have just completed two years of renovation on this wonderful old, stone house that sits on a hill in McClain Flats, overlooking the whole ski valley and the Roaring
Fork River. On 5 beautiful, rolling acres, we hope to
someday build a barn, a larger main house, and bring
our icelandic horses here!

What makes this property unique

When you are sitting out on the pergola or patio, you feel
like you are perched on a hilltop town somewhere in Tuscany! There are two patios, one in front of the house
facing beautiful estate properties on the hill, and another
in the back, with sweeping view of the whole ski valley!
A chic, contemporary statement; perfect for romantic
martinis-with-a-view... and entertaining...and away from the hustle and bustle of town. Also with hot tub overlooking sweeping vistas.. and waterfall! There is
also a professional, outdoor wood-burning pizza oven and barbecue grill for the cooking enthusiasts!
