This loft is the perfect location for enjoying downtown Florence. We were able to walk to bars, restaurants, and shopping. Our group of 6 loved the decor and the amenities-clean and comfortable! Chris was friendly and responsive to every message. We’ll be back!

Downtown Florence really is the heart of the Shoals. When it’s happening here, it’s happening downtown. We love the convenience of Loft 217 to walk around town and to the restaurants and shops.

What makes this property unique

Loft 217 is a historic Florence property. Originally “the Eleanor,” the property has been loved for over a century. Guest will be treated to the original hardwoods and masonry along with a central view of Court Street. Truly, the best part of Loft 217 is ease of access to downtown, UNA, McFarland, and the Tennessee River.
