Charming 3-bedroom, ground level condo in Lighthouse Bay with all the amenities

Your home away from home in the Lighthouse Bay community in Estero. This immaculate and newly remodeled three bedroom, tranquil condo offers a king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds for a comfortable stay. The 2 bathrooms feature showers (one with bathtub). The condo is fully equipped and has its own washer and dryer, WIFI, and AC. Relax on a private lanai and enjoy the water view and sound of the water fountain. There is a desk in the third bedroom for working remotely. This a corner unit with extra windows for natural light. We also have a one car garage for your use. Lighthouse Bay is located about 15 minutes from the beach and RSW airport. Coconut Point Mall, Lee Hospital and Hertz Area are approximately 5 minutes away. The community has a lagoon pool, several satellite pools and an Olympic lap pool. There are tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, as well as a community gym. There are beautiful trails for walking or bike riding. Cabanas with grills are near a small community "beach" near the lagoon pool. Whether you want recreation or relaxation you will enjoy your time in Estero at our cozy condo. PLEASE NOTE THAT PRIOR TO RENTAL AN APPLICATION WILL NEED TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE ASSOCIATION FOR THEIR APPROVAL. Please allow a couple of weeks for approval. Additionally, as per our HOA, animals of any kind (pets, etc.) are not allowed.
