Please place your sheets, pillowcases and towels in washer and start it. Laundry detergent pods are in the closet across from the washer. Thank you!
Please make sure if you used hot tub that the cover is on and secure and temperature is set to 99.
Please set hvac to 74 in spring and summer and 68 for fall and winter. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Proper attire is required at all times on the property. Nudity is not permitted.
Max occupancy is 2/Quiet hrs from 10pm -8am
Exterior recording cameras on pole barn and front door. Do not tamper with, damage, or block or you will be asked to leave without a refund.
