Wonderful house for family vacation! Everything we needed for preparing meals and something for every age group to keep you busy. Short drive to grocery store that was well stocked and the animals that were close by were very entertaining! Enjoyable 3 days for all! Thank you for sharing your home!
The home had a beautiful view, and the host allowed us to check-in at 1 instead of 5, which was great. The home was spacious, however, the furnishings were dated, a lot of the trim in the house was missing, and the locks on the front and side door didn't work well. Also, the listing states that the house sits on an acre of land, but the entire back and side lot are fenced in for sheep.
Cabin was very nice, especially the kitchen! It had everything we needed - lots of cooking utensils and dishes. The location was great, close to Bryce Canyon and Cedar City.
Beautiful location - mountains in the morning and evening, stars at night. Between the porch and the views, the ping-pong table and air hockey, and the farm animals in the neighborhood, my family and kids had an amazing time. If you are looking to see Bryce Canyon or just get away from the grind of city/suburban life, this is a great choice.

Perfect for our adventurous group!
Conveniently located for access to Bryce Canyon and Zion. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. Amazing sunrises and sunsets right from the porch. Pleasant horses, sheep and chickens around the corner.
We had 4 adults and two kids and this house was perfect for us. The whole upstairs is like a wonderful play area for kids of all ages, and there is a nice television viewing area. The upstairs had a functional air hockey table and a ping pong table. While some of the furniture is a bit worn, the house is so great for kids it didn’t matter. It is only about 30 minutes to Bryce Canyon Park. And there a couple of restaurants in the town and more options roughly 30 minutes away. This was a fun stop for us while exploring Bryce Canyon.
We had a wonderful experience. This was a great location to stay and go see Zion, Bryce Canyon, ect. The kitchen was well stocked and we used it twice a day. Beds were comfy. The place was clean and in good working order. No complaints.
We loved our stay in Hatch! This modern log home was the perfect place for our kids and grandkids. Big open grass lawn and open loft upstairs gave ample room for games and gatherings. The view is spectacular and sitting on the front porch for sunrise was amazing.Large kitchen with all the things needed to cook and prepare meals made it easy to eat in.We will definitely utilize this place again and felt the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating.
Lovely home; spotless; well-equipped. Small-town in the west neighborhood and atmosphere. The Outlaw Saloon that is nearby is delightful for dinner in the "West."

Beautiful large house
Great space for our two families for spring break to enjoy Zion and Bryce. Huge upstairs for kids to play. Groceries 20 min away.
We had a great stay. The view was gorgeous and the kids had fun playing air hockey and pingpang! We had to change our trip plan due to the snow and the owner let us in earlier. We spent the afternoon in the house playing games while watching the snow. Really appreciated their flexibility.

We loved the house and space for a large family. However, there were several issues with staying there. The coffee maker was terrible and needs to be replaced, two outlets in the kitchen didn’t work, the couches upstairs are so worn they were uncomfortable to sit on. We also had mouse poop in the king size bedroom closet. Several of us tripped on the carpet upstairs since it needs to be stretched and pulled back into place. The house is beautiful but needs work to remain a quality VRBO.

Remodeling needed
Needs few improvements and have a reliable person to come and fix any issues with the house. Needs another TV for sure and more outlets for newer devices. The lack of curtains at the back door and front windows did not gave us a sense of privacy

Hi Julie, thank you for sharing your feedback. The home was built to code and with attention to quality, featuring nearly fifty outlets spaced approximately every 10–12 feet for convenient access throughout. Professional repair services are limited and may require some travel time. However, we have trusted local contacts who promptly assist with minor repairs and guest needs, typically responding within a few hours. During a recent two-week stay at the home, we took the opportunity to add ten new window blinds on the main floor and in the loft. We truly cherish the peacefulness and serenity our home offers and hope you were able to enjoy that as well.
This house was a perfect fit for our trip! My son got married close by and the house was big enough to accommodate all of my family that came from out of town. It's very spacious! The area is quiet. The view from the front is amazing! Loved that we were within close driving distance to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park and so many little towns to explore. Hatch is a small, quiet town. Not much in the way of businesses so if you're planning to cook your own meals, either bring your food with you or plan to drive to Panguich to get some groceries. The owner had great communication! Highly recommend this place for any large groups!

Excellent location. However, I would describe most of the main area of the house as very tired, to say the least. We did not use the upstairs as there were only two couples. Beds were comfy. The towels are pretty old, not threadbare but should be updated at this price. The kitchen is cvery well equipped save for the coffeemaker issues noted elsewhere. We reached out to the host after checkout and she said they would replace it. We couldn't figure out how to use the cooktop. We could live without it but, Instructions should be included - assuming it works. The place could use a tv on the main level. We did not know there was a full time tenant in the basement. Although he or she was absolutely no bother, that should be disclosed up front. Finally, note that the view from that porch is awesome. However it is the front porch, faces east and in cooler seasons (we were there week before last), a bit chilly in the afternoon. The back "yard" is bare dirt, some scrubby grass and houses a couple of sheep, maybe a horse, too.
