Trash in hall, tile floor in disrepair, light bulbs missing or burnt out, beds did not have real mattresses, check in instructions were not well organized, uncomfortable furnishings, several strands of black hair found.

We appreciate constructive feedback, but this review does not reflect the reality of our property. The unit was professionally cleaned before check-in with documented proof. There was no trash inside the space, and the only building maintenance was minor hallway tile work farther from the unit. Our beds have real mattresses. We noticed two bulbs went out during his stay, but nothing was reported. The check in instructions are written with picture guide and our property manager is on standby to help guest always because we know it could be tricky. This same setup earned 10/10 reviews from guests before and after this stay. The guest was difficult to communicate with and stayed three nights without raising a single concern. If any issue had been mentioned, we would’ve fixed it on the spot or refunded accordingly. We stand by the quality of our property and the experience we deliver.
