Excelente ubicacion pero le falta mantenimiento

El departamento es super comodo, con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños, mas una sala pequeña con un sofa cama y una cocina pequeña pero funcional. Tiene elevador (es en el 3er piso). La ubicacion es EXCELENTE, con un monton de lugares para comer, un Mercadona en la misma cuadra y muy cerca de la estacion de metro Avenida de America que conecta con todo.Sin embargo, habia mucho polvo por todas partes (tuvimos que barrer en cuanto llegamos), la cama del dormitorio master esta por desbaratarse y suena como cama de motel, y en los baños los toalleros estaban flojos o ya desarmados. Nada que con un buen mantenimiento no se pueda resolver!Tambien recomiendo que mejoren la comunicacion, pues me costo mucho que respondan y me confirmen la solicitud de alquiler. Una vez que respondieron ya fluyo mejor la comunicacion.Pero en general, me parece un excelente departamento y si resuelven estos detallitos, sin duda volveria a llegar ahi y lo recomendaria!
