Hosts were very accommodating. The unit was fully stocked with all our needs, including great beach chairs. The location was the best with the private walk way to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, including the" Sunset Grill".

Perfect location! Nice area and quiet, relaxing! Condo was great, pool was refreshing and heated, there was an easy access directly across the street to the beach. Condo was furnished with all that was needed for a good week in Marco Island! Great communication with the owner too!

I love the location. Just walk across the street for the ocean. The condo was very clean. The host responded fast to any questions. Had everything needed for the beach -chairs, umbrella, towels and even cooler.

Easy access to the beach!

Very accommodating condo for 3 people. Everything in great shape, very clean. The pool was refreshing. The access to the beach was perfect because it was only a short walk behind the locked gate. They loan you a fob. We will definitely stay here again.

The location and access to the beach can’t be beat. This unit had a view of the Ocean and sunset from the spacious lanai. The owners provide instructions and responsive communication. Their mobile check in is so convenient. No waiting at a front desk. Get your code and head to the unit at your convenience. The unit is dated, but clean and inviting. Perfect for a couple or small family.

The unit was immaculately cleaning. All supplies and surrounding and views were as described on VRBO/AbnB. The problem was that the smaller spa/pool next to the swimming pool (downstairs in the common area) was not heated high-temp as a hot tub. We were not aware of this fact. For that, we refunded the guests $60 per day for their 5-day stay (total $300 refund) to compensate. They accepted the compensation. No other issue that we were aware of. All of these can be verified by the conversation records on VRBO messaging portal. Also, refund was done through VRBO. Thank you Norman
