Beach Club 412: 1 Bedroom Condo w/private beach access

ATTENTION: READ MESSAGE BELOW BEFORE YOU BOOK.
This Condo is managed by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make to VRBO is only the VRBO service fee. Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.

Beautifully remodeled 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath condo directly across the street there is a private entrance to the beach. No need to pay to wash and dry your laundry. This unit has a washer and dryer in the condo. Free Parking one spot assigned. The bedroom has a Queen bed and sleeper sofa in Livingroom. Heated Pool and BBQ area, pickleball area and shuffle board. Free Wifi and telephone in condo. Short walk to restaurants, shopping, the movies and mini golf.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTLY RESERVATION it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

Comfortable stay and close to beach.

The balcony and view were wonderful. Well accommodated with comfortable furniture Small kitchen so eat out a lot. Tight for more than two people.

Great location

Location is perfect and access to beach so convenient-just a short walk. Great pool. Condo is nice and also quiet. Looks recently updated, especially bathroom. It’s small but has everything we needed. Would like to stay again.

I was in town for a retreat and wanted a nice, clean space with a kitchen and a bathroom and I got just what I needed. The check-in process was easy, the space was spotless and just perfect for me. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean room! Had good supply of beach supplies in the activity closet along with nice chairs! Contact person was responsive very quickly. Loved the price and the pool and grills. Short walk to the beach.

This condo has a nice view and is an intimate setting for a couple! You can see the gulf from the condo and the beach access across the street is perfect! When not at the beach we enjoyed the heated pool. The addition of the washer and dryer was very helpful. We were sorry to leave and would stay there again!

Marco Island week

The condo and entire unit was kept in excellent condition. Perfectly matched our needs but only negative was the TV in main room was very difficult to use. Not sure what the issue was.

Great location and beach access

If you’re looking for a place for two this is a great find. Right across the street from the beach with a private walk down to the beach. Right across the street from Sunset Grill and walking or biking distance to other restaurants and shops. Nice to have washer and dryer in the unit. Only downside to our visit was that there was construction work going on right outside the elevator. Wasn’t to nosy while they were working and they were done by 4pm. Really pay attention to check in because the office of the condo is not the same as the office in the building. It’s right on your way to the condo but just follow the instructions and you’ll be fine. This was our first time visiting Marco Island and as long as there’s two of us going we’ll definitely try and stay here.

Perfect beach vacation

We read that the location was perfect on this rental and it was true, right across the street from the beach and sunset grill. Condo was absolutely spotless, with all the amenities needed. Planning another vacation back to Marco and plan on staying here again!

Marco condo

Can’t breath the location. Overall the condo seemed clean. We felt the couch could use a good cleaning. The bedding and pillows on the other hand were absolutely not clean. I took photos and shared. The commutation on the paperwork was very misleading.
