Charming studio 2 blocks to beach!
Enjoy a cozy stay with style in the heart of the west end! Perfectly located by amazing restaurants, boutiques, and transportation. A quick two blocks to the beach (passes included).
This studio apt features a queen-sized bed, smart TV, convertible sofa, tall ceilings, and modern bathroom with rain shower head. The Kitchenette/wet bar has a microwave, toaster, and mini fridge with wine chiller.
Relax in our backyard with sofa sectional and outside shower.
Street parking is available.
Please Note: This is the first floor of a residential home. Our family lives upstairs, on property. The studio is roughly 300 sq. Ft. with a private entrance, and exclusive access to the yard.
This is NOT a basement, and the ceilings are well above average height.
** No Smoking or Vaping ** additional fees may be charged for deep cleaning and fabric deodorizing the studio.
Guests will have access to the backyard and outdoor shower.
Beach passes, beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella are provided during your stay!
